Republic of Korea (South Korea) first participated at the Paralympic Games in 1968, and has sent athletes to compete in every Summer Paralympic Games since then. With 275 medals, of which 109 gold, 84 silver and 82 bronze, South Korea is (following the 2008 Summer Paralympics) twentieth on the all-time Paralympic Games medal table.
